Due to multiple events around the area of Scottsdale Civic Center on March 20, we highly encourage the use of rideshare services if you are attending the Spring Opening Celebration at Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) or the Trombone Shorty concert at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. There is also a Spring Training game at Scottsdale Stadium today, which impacts the same parking areas. See our full event schedule here: https://sarts.co/4p4JCxx

During the March 29 Sun & Sounds event only, Scottsdale Arts ONE Members at the Friend level or higher can access the ONE Member Lounge, a relaxed, open-air space within the event, where you will find bistro tables, Adirondack chairs, a picnic-style light lunch, and a complimentary bar with two drink tickets per person. Get the full details: https://sarts.co/46K6XgW

There are two Sun & Sounds events left this year, but the ONE Member Lounge will only be available March 29. Sun & Sounds brings live local music, an expanded food footprint, a cocktail bar, and dozens of crafty and artistic vendors via the Merchantile Market to Scottsdale Civic Center. UPDATE: The March 22 Sun & Sounds event will begin early, with music running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. rather than the normal noon to 4 p.m. On March 29, the event will return to the normal time, from noon to 4 p.m., with Merchantile Market vendors opening at 10 a.m. See the full Sun & Sounds schedule here: https://sarts.co/4rWuIdz

It might be a little too sunny during this week's Sun & Sounds event on Sunday, March 22, so we're moving the event forward a couple of hours to now begin at 10 a.m. We want you to hear these great bands, but please make sure to drink plenty of water and consider taking breaks to stay cool at the nearby splash pad or inside Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA), which will have newly opened exhibitions and pay-what-you-wish admission on Sunday (museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The Merchantile Market vendors will also close early at 2 p.m.

Here's the new schedule for this Sunday only:

• 10 a.m.–2 p.m.: Merchantile Market vendors
• 10 a.m.–noon.: Silver Lake Rodeo (Southwestern indie rock)
• 12:30–2 p.m.: Jerusafunk (Klezmer/funk)

Due to projected extreme heat next weekend, we're moving the March 20 performance by Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue from the Scottsdale Civic Center East Bowl to the Virginia G. Piper Theater, inside Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. Same incredible music, same great crowd, just with AC, elevated vibes, and early bar access.

Existing ticket holders should have received emails with details about their seats. If you have any questions, call our box office at 480-499-8587.

All guests can enjoy live music in the Center's atrium, alongside early bar access, before the show.

Due to limited seating inside the theater, there are very few tickets left for this show, so get yours today! https://scottsdalearts.org/whats-on/events/trombone-shorty-orleans-avenue/

We strongly encourage attendees to use a rideshare service on March 20, due to multiple events in the area that night. Skip the parking stress, arrive in style, and enjoy early bar access to the fullest.
