Emily's Events is an escape from the tired, monotonous catering companies that confine their clients to a menu. If you're craving it we can cook it. If you have guests at an event that suffer from food allergies, we can accommodate them. If you are looking to throw a themed party, our menu will highlight that theme and your guests will be blown away! We can create a custom menu designed to your ex

act specifications based on our first meeting with you in your home. We sit with you and discuss your likes, dislikes and desires. Once we plan out the food for the evening, the only thing else you need to worry about is the outfit you want to wear that night. We are a full service catering and event planning company and we'll assist you as little or as much as you'd like. We are a word of mouth only caterer. Most of our clients live in the Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, and Paradise Valley areas. Our food is so top-notch that we cater for most of the private jets out of the Scottsdale Airport. However, we pride ourselves on our ability to always stay within your budget. Our commitment is to inspire people with our food and impress them with our professionalism.

Day 2 with Vitalant 💪✨

We kept the good vibes (and flavor!) rolling with gourmet boxed lunches for 80 guests — because even a quick lunch should be delicious. 🌸

🥪 Sandwich Selections:
• The Scottsdale — turkey & baby Swiss with avocado, sprouts, green leaf lettuce, and tomato, finished with our uniquely sharp honey mustard on a fresh baked roll 🥑
• Emily’s Prime — shaved prime rib, arugula, horseradish Havarti, red onion, and Hellman’s mayo on a soft French baguette 🥖
• Chicken Salad — with crisp green leaf lettuce & tomato on a fresh baked croissant 🥐

We recently had the joy of feeding 80 wonderful guests for Vitalant, and what a lovely night it was. ✨

We opened with a self serve hors d oeuvre station of crisp crudités and cozy Italian meatballs. Dinner featured 12 hour braised short ribs, a loaded harvest salad with roasted butternut and maple pecans, quinoa and buckwheat stuffed squash, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, maple glazed carrots, bakery rolls, and an assortment of gourmet mini desserts with gluten free options.

✨ Nothing energizes a room full of brilliant minds like a menu designed to inspire. We were honored to cater a recent business seminar for Veolia, and the spread was as dynamic as the conversations in the room!

From miso glazed wild salmon skewers to 18-hour Korean marinated skirt steak, and stir-fried baby bok choy - the flavors set the stage for connection and creativity. Paired with Asian sesame salad, jasmine rice, mini fruit skewers, and gourmet desserts, it was a menu that fueled both focus and celebration. 🎉
