💔 A Heartfelt Goodbye from Laurie’s Bridal 💕

As this chapter of Laurie’s Bridal comes to a close, my heart is full of gratitude. Thank you to every bride, mom, prom girl, and friend who let me be a small part of your most meaningful moments. Because of you, this shop became so much more than a store—it became a space filled with love, laughter, and lifelong memories. ✨You may have walked in my doors as a stranger, but often times you left as a friend.

Your support over the years has meant everything to me and I will forever carry the joy and stories we shared. Thank you to all of my vendors who I often referred to as “friendors!”

What’s next? I’ll be returning to my roots in the bridal wholesale world, working once again alongside my husband—just like we did for over 20 years before Laurie’s Bridal began. Though I’m stepping away from the fitting room, I’m not stepping away from this beautiful industry I love so much. 💍

And one last favor—
If you ever found your dress here, please share a photo and tag me! Let’s flood my feed with all the memories we created together. I’ll treasure them forever. 💞

Happy 30th Anniversary to us😘

While I always wish my brides a lifetime of love, health and happiness…I also know that real love isn’t always smooth sailing. Marriage is a journey-sometimes bumpy, sometimes blissful, but always worth it when you walk it together.

To my husband: Our life hasn’t been perfect, but it’s been perfectly imperfect in the best ways! Through every twist and turn, I wouldn’t want to do this life with anyone but you😘

Here’s to 30 years of growing, laughing, supporting and loving and cheers to all the miles we’ve traveled and the road still ahead in this new chapter we’re about to start🥂

To all my fellow MOB/MOG, please please please take my advice: Buy the gown that makes you look and feel your absolute best! (If you’ve been in my shop, I say this to every single one of you!) Spend the money and let yourself feel like a million bucks, like I felt at my daughter’s wedding. I think I’m gonna wear this for my 30th wedding anniversary next month! I mean, my hubby might be in his shorts and a t shirt but dang it, I wanna wear this gown again!!

After nearly 9 wonderful years of serving our amazing community, it’s with a heavy heart that I announce the upcoming closure of Laurie’s Bridal. Due to an unexpected rent increase—nearly double our current lease—I’ve made the difficult decision to close, as sustaining the business under these terms is not possible. If you know me, you know I’ve always been open and honest, and this is no different. While this choice wasn’t easy, I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Thank you for your years of support, I’m truly grateful to have crossed paths with so many of you. Please note, doors will be locked 40 minutes prior to closing time.

12 years of friendship, personally and professionally. We used to joke and I would tell Dorota, my favorite seamstress EVER, that she couldn’t retire until my daughter got married. Well, Rachel is married and Dorota is moving back to Poland. I shed a few tears but now I have a place to go visit! Thank you for taking such good care of me and all of my customers. You are truly one of a kind and I wish you all the best! Love you my friend😘
