📣 Vendor & Event Setup Information!

Our event setup on Saturday is first come, first served. Vendors may begin setting up anytime between 12:00 PM and 5:45 PM.

⚡ Electrical spots are also first come, first served, so please plan accordingly when deciding on your tent and setup needs.

💰 Vendor Fee: $40
🎟️ Admission: FREE to the public!

We’re looking for vendors for our Wedding Expo & Fall Festival.

Our fall festival will be bigger and better than ever. We will have the following events:
1. Pony rides
2. Vendors
3. Corn-hole tournament ($100 added)
4. Kids and adults Halloween customs ($100 added money)
5. Chili cook off (this is judged and to be judged by flat creek farm sponsors) $150
6. Horse show Friday and Saturday with over $2000 added money.
