Led by Le Cordon Bleu–trained Chef Daniel Krugman, Nomadi Chef Daddy brings global culinary experience together with the warmth and heart of Nebraska hospitality. Our mission is simple: chef-crafted food that’s flavorful, fuss-free, and perfect for gatherings of any size.

Big news — Olio Food Truck has a new name and a new chapter!
We’re proud to officially reintroduce ourselves as Nomadi Chef Daddy Catering — a fresh identity that reflects who we’ve become: a family-run catering company rooted right here in Scotts Bluff County, inspired by flavors from around the world.

Olio began as a traveling food truck with a dream to share creative, comfort-driven dishes. Now, we’re planting roots in Nebraska and expanding into catering — bringing global techniques, local ingredients, and genuine hospitality to the panhandle.

My last post as Olio.
It has been such a good time cooking food and serving my hundreds of millions of customers. Initially, I wasn't sure I even wanted to do the food truck thing, but it has been one of the most rewarding and enjoyable chapters of my life. Thank you so much for all of your support over the past 2.5 years, and thanks to all of the locations that were generous enough to have me.
I love and miss you all already.

Parked just north of the family dollar in saratoga until 6pm, or until I am sold out!
