F$&CK Xfinity!!!! I wasted all day for a tech to come out between 12-2pm. Then got a text saying there’s a delay. I call them after no update. Then get an ETA saying at 4:26pm. Then nothing. Call again for another update on my appt. They responded i have no appt! Very frustrating!!! No internet or cable going on 8 days now.
Losing money and potential business due to this.

Van loaded for my New Years Eve Party at a 55 and older event for over a hundred guests. They celebrate on New York time. I’ll be counting down to midnight by 9pm.
It’s our 2nd year for this group.
