Blazing Cajun Boiling Pot A mobile Food truck serving the best boiled crawfish around!! A local firefighter, husband, father of 3 with a passion for cooking, especially boiling crawfish.

Born and raised in Church Point, Louisiana. I grew up around the crawfish business my whole life. I always dreamed that one day I was going to have a crawfish boiling restaurant. However, being a full-time firefighter with an ever changing schedule, I decided that a food truck business may be the best fit for me. I now get to engage in a new venture that I am truly passionate about; serving the best damn boiled crawfish to the best people around.

Good morning everyone, we will not be boiling this weekend 5/12-5/14. For the next few weeks, my schedule is booked with catering jobs. So we may not make it out to Menard's Cajun Grocery again this season. If not, thank you all for a great second season and we look forward to doing it again with possibly bigger announcements coming up!!

We are set up at Menard's Cajun Grocery from 4pm-8pm or sell out. Come out and see us and come get the most beautiful crawfish of the season.
