Testing out the Paddy’s pie for Saturday and Sunday: scallions, potatoes, bacon, mozzarella, and Asiago cheese with a fresh bechamel cheese sauce infused with Guinness extra stout.

Looks like it’s that time again! The weathers getting nicer, there’s burning wood in the air & the The Velveteen Pig is back in action starting this Spring!

We’ll be at on Sunday, March 17th starting @ 4:00pm! We’ll be coming in strong with some St Patrick Day classics. You don’t want to miss out on our Smoked Corned Beef. 10 day brine and a 16 hour smoke 🥵🤤😮‍💨

SUPERB OWL IS THIS WEEKEND! 🦉🏈 We’ll be eating wings all weekend, what about y’all?

Normally I would have done a lil Super Bowl menu for the weekend but I’m saving staying up all night by the smoker for when it’s a little less cold out. 🥶

Can’t wait to get back to it this spring though. We’re already booking some dates ahead of time so if there’s a party you want us to cater or pull up at don’t miss out!
