Saturday January 30th, 2027, just became available! Arrive Friday Saturday and leave Sunday afternoon. $11,995 including all wedding suites and guest lodging for Friday & Saturday night. That's $8,000 off!

What's Included;

Large modern ballroom with overed outdoor patio, b**r garden and sunken outdoor firepits.

Luxury two-story bridal suite is included for Friday & Saturday night with 6 make-up stations with salon style chairs, full bathroom, floor to ceiling mirrors, stage and shower, living room, kitchenette with your own private entrance and parking. Comfortably sleep your bridesmaids overnight with our luxury single beds equipped with a memory foam pillow and plush bedding. Sleeps up to eight people. Morning mimosas & lunch is provided!

Grooms Saloon is included for Friday & Saturday night. The groom's compound features two suites with outdoor fire-pits, lawn games a Texas size BBQ smoker! The suites have lodging for overnight guests with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room area and private covered decks which overlook the neighboring hills and countryside. Iced-down b**r is provided along with a delicious BBQ lunch on the wedding day and premium bass fishing in our spring-fed creek. Sleeps six to eight people.

Honeymoon Suite is included for Saturday night for the couple in their own private cottage.

Bartenders & staff to work the bar, provide trash removal and clean-up after dinner service.

10 private on-site villas are Included. Have your wedding party, friends and/or family stay overnight in these premium cabins just a short walk from the main reception area and covered bar and patio.

Our staff ensures restrooms are clean and maintained throughout the event.

Cake table(s), sign-in table, memory table are all included.

Thanks for the incredible review!

Seriously one of the BEST venues ever! Our youngest daughter was married here, and it was beyond perfect! Their staff is insanely good! My husband kept saying on the Sunday after the wedding (and still does) that we could not have picked a better place. Perfect for pictures, out of town guests, food caterers and just all-around vibes. I rate them 💯!!!!

The Oaks at High Hill in Schulenburg, Texas was absolutely incredible to work with for this wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Huge shoutout to Kim, Presley, Seth, and Caleb for being over accommodating, professional, friendly, and truly caring throughout the entire event.

One of the biggest advantages was having everything indoors for us while still getting the beauty and atmosphere of an indoor/outdoor wedding venue. The property perfectly blends country, rustic charm with elegant modern touches all at the same time. From the spacious bar area to the large dance floor, dining space, and massive celebration hall, the venue is designed beautifully for weddings and large gatherings.

The on-site lodging options were also fantastic and made it so convenient for guests to stay and enjoy the celebration without worrying about travel. The venue itself is remote, peaceful, quiet, and isolated in the best way possible — creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding weekend.
