Arrive Friday & Depart Sunday (2 night package)

What's Included;

- Large modern venue with a covered outdoor patio, beer garden, sunken outdoor fire-pits and one of the best bars in Texas.
- Accommodates groups from 50 to 500 people.

- Luxury two-story bridal suite is included for Thursday, Friday & Saturday night with 6 make-up stations with salon style chairs, full bathroom, floor to ceiling mirrors, stage and shower, living room, kitchenette with your own private entrance and parking. Comfortably sleep your bridesmaids overnight with our luxury single beds equipped with a memory foam pillow and plush bedding. Sleeps up to eight people. Morning mimosas & lunch is provided!

- Grooms Saloon is included for Friday & Saturday night. The groom's compound features two suites with outdoor fire-pits, lawn games a Texas size bbq smoker! The suites have lodging for overnight guests with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room area and private covered decks which overlook the neighboring hills and countryside. Iced-down beer is provided along with a delicious BBQ lunch on the wedding day and premium bass fishing in our spring-fed creek. Sleeps six to eight people.
- Honeymoon Suite is included for Thursday, Friday & Saturday night for the couple in their own private cottage.

- 10 private on-site cottages are Included for 2 nights. (7 king cottages & 3 container suites) Have your wedding party, friends and/or family stay overnight in these premium cabins just a short walk from the main reception area and covered bar and patio.

- Bartenders & staff to work the bar, provide trash removal and clean-up after dinner service.

- Restroom attendants. Our staff ensures restrooms are clean and maintained throughout the event.

- Multiple backdrops to choose from, cake table(s), sign-in table, memory table are all included.

- 8ft farmhouse tables and cross-back chairs with linen cushions. The tables are solid wood and don't require linens. Our staff does all the set-up.

- Indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Under the towering 200 year old oak tree or inside under the beautiful chandeliers. We include the drapery for inside ceremonies.

- Catering kitchen with private service entrance.

- Citrus-infused water stations.

- Service entrance for vendors, ADA and drop-off/pick up.

- Engagement or Bridal photo session included.

- We help arrange transportation to/from hotels for overnight guests via a local vendor (hotels are 4 miles from the venue).

- 7 RV hook-ups are included (30 & 50amp with full hook-up, water, electrical & septic). Everyone knows someone with an RV in Texas!

- Pet friendly

- Arrive anytime after 10am on Thursday to start decorating. All day/night venue access.

- Rehearsal dinner event space and all day Friday/Saturday to decorate.

- Open bar for rehearsal for up to 75 people. Let our bartenders wow your guests with a great selection of domestic/premium beer, seltzers and wines from around the world.

- Bar staff and clean-up​ for rehearsal dinner & wedding reception. ​

- Day of Coordinator is included. Our coordination team coordinates the rehearsal, ceremony & reception and assists with the timeline, table layout and vendor coordination. Your very own executive assistant of which you they will help with planning after you have reserved your wedding date.
