We're sad to hear that The Linda as we know it, is no more. But, we love that the team over there went out with a bang, winning the 2025 Eddies Award for Seasonal Indoor Venues/Concert Series of the Year on their way out 🎶❤️

Did you know? The Linda has been around for 23 years in the building of a former bank. The vault is still inside!

Though The Linda as a building may be done, keep an eye out for WAMC's On the Road initiative, bringing microphones to the community 🎤 Do you have a favorite performance at The Linda?

Although Darby died last year at the age of 37 after a 20-year struggle with bipolar disorder, her presence is still strongly felt in the Capital Region music scene — from shows by Super Dark Collective, of which she was a founding member, to the many musicians and artists she inspired.
