As if 2020 hasn’t provided enough challenges for all of us...

Some guy in Indiana uses the same name as our company in NY. Be careful. WE are THE original Spin Around Sound, he is NOT.

His copying of our name screws up our google and Facebook searches and confuses brides in NY and KY/IN areas.

We copyrighted the name back in the mid 80s, btw. It’s registered w the government. He came along many years later. I’ve known about it since day 1, but have always chosen to look the other way. Now it’s become a growing problem. We are currently considering litigation.

There are billions of names he could’ve chosen. Why he copied us is beyond me. (He also has the same last name as me, which further complicates things. And the same initials.)

But then again, nothing in the last 5 years surprises me anymore.
