Here at the Dark Shark we do tacos! We're Savannah's newest food truck and we're coming to your area soon! Get it? Moving on... We're committed to our community.

There's a new school in town...We'll "shiver" since were going the with the whole shark thing and since that's what a school of shark is. We are not the truck of some forgotten Savannah the world left behind. We are the truck of a modern Savannah. Born and bred, we area coalition of C-Port natives representing a new seat at the table. cians. We are the mechanics and the shoremen and the small business owners. We are any of you out there in the low country making it all happen and rarely being recognized. We are the underdogs, a dark horse. We are the Dark Shark. And what can we say? Those of us in blue collars like to enjoy the finer things in life too so yes, you. You, the heart and soul of Savannah, this taco is for you.

Good afternoon,

They say all good things must come to an end and it’s time for Sharkie to hang up the chef hat. It’s been a heck of a ride over the past 8 years and we are extremely grateful for all the support during that time!
As such we will be selling the food trucks and commissary equipment. If anyone is interested in looking at anything in person we will be moving equipment this Sunday. Please feel free to pop in the parking lot or text us for more information! Below this post is a list of some of the assets for sale.

2003 GM P30 5.7L non turbo diesel truck. 93k miles. 2018 5000 watt Cummins Onan on board gasoline generator. Low hours. Inside ready to cook in immediately! Equipped with tall boy and prep coolers, commercial fryer, flattop grill and range, warm table, 3 compartment sink with plumbing and propane powered hot water heater. Prep tables and storage as well.

Walk in refrigerator
Commercial electric Bakers Pride convection oven
NSF prep tables and storage shelves.
Commercial 3 compartment and hand washing station
Dry dock deck
Electric induction counter top range (3 units) plus cookware
