Savannah Destination Management

When the Savannah summer heat is in full force, the best team-building adventures happen indoors! 🔐🧩

Last week, we helped a group put their problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork to the test at The Escape Company’s Hideaway Lounge before heading out to enjoy dinner in Savannah.

From cracking clues to working together under pressure, an escape room is a fun way to bring a team together and a great reminder that sometimes the best ideas happen when everyone brings their unique perspective to the table.

At Savannah Destination Management, we love creating experiences that give groups the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and have a little fun along the way. Whether your group is looking for an exciting team-building activity, an unforgettable dinner, or a full Savannah experience, we can help make it happen!

What a night at Old Fort Jackson! Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic group for an unforgettable evening along the Savannah River. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner, an exciting cannon firing demonstration, live music from 8 Mile Bend, and a variety of fun, interactive games.

There’s nothing quite like combining Savannah history, waterfront views, great entertainment, and Southern hospitality to create a truly memorable event experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make this evening such a success!

When a client visiting Savannah for the second time asked us to create something completely different from their first trip, we were all in.

We designed a one-of-a-kind experience that brought a fresh perspective to the city, starting with a daytime walking tour through Savannah’s most famous haunts that blended spine-tingling stories with rich local history. From there, the group stepped back in time at the American Prohibition Museum, where they enjoyed a guided journey through one of the most fascinating eras in U.S. history—ending on a high note with a hands-on cocktail class at the Old Savannah Distillery. 🍸

The feedback from members of the group says it all:

📣 “The best tour we have ever done.”
📣 “I learned so much!!”

Creating memorable, meaningful experiences is what we do best, and we love the challenge of making every visit feel brand new. Ready to reimagine your next Savannah event? Let’s make it unforgettable.

We had the pleasure of welcoming this group back to Savannah at the end of March. This was our third time partnering together over the years, and it is always a great experience!

This event kicked off with a memorable welcome reception at the Georgia State Railroad Museum, where guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres alongside a live train demo. From there, the evening continued in the blacksmith shop with a classic Lowcountry boil, live music, and an atmosphere that blended history, culture, and Southern hospitality.

There’s nothing better than creating experiences that bring people together—and even more rewarding when we get to do it again and again with clients who have become good friends. 💫

When your team works together every day…but has never actually met 👀👇

That was the challenge—and the opportunity—behind this unforgettable Savannah experience.

We kicked things off with a high-energy, 30-minute warm-up at the hotel led by our expert team building facilitator. The goal? Break the ice, build trust, and get everyone thinking (and laughing) as a team.

Then we took it to the streets.

An app-based scavenger hunt across Savannah turned friendly coworkers into full-on competitors. Think strategy, speed, and a little bit of chaos—in the best way.

And just when we thought it was over?
The teams weren’t done.

We had protests.
We had demands for more competition.
So, we raised the stakes.

⚡️ Enter: the tie-breaker Lip Sync Battle.

Because nothing says “team bonding” like battling it out on stage for the win.
The result? Stronger connections, unforgettable moments, and a team that finally met—and won—together.

Ready to turn your next meeting into something your team will actually talk about? Let’s make it happen.
