Last week, we had the honor of bringing a true taste of the South to life for a corporate group with an unforgettable evening at the historic Savannah Roundhouse Railroad Museum! 🚂🦐

Guests were welcomed with passed hors d’oeuvres and a fascinating Turntable Demo that set the tone for the night. They toured a beautifully refurbished railcar, soaking in the rich history of this iconic venue.

From there, the experience moved into the Blacksmith Shop, where a live blacksmith demo added a fiery touch of craftsmanship before everyone sat down to enjoy a classic Low Country Boil—steaming with shrimp, sausage, corn, and local flavor. 🔥🍴

It was a night of history, hospitality, and hearty Southern cuisine—and we’re so grateful to our guests and partners who made it all shine.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable corporate event where we were able to showcase a little taste of what makes Savannah so special. The experience kicked off with a welcome night event where our corporate comedian had everyone in stitches.

The next day, we set sail on a lunch cruise along the Savannah River. Guests were treated to live music and a fascinating tour of the Georgia Ports’ Ocean Terminal and Garden City Terminal, where four vessels were actively loading and offloading cargo. 🚢

A big thank you to our amazing guests and partners who helped make this event such a success!

It was an honor to work with the Georgia Ports Authority on the 2025 State of the Port, held on February 25, 2025, in the new Governor’s Ballroom at the Savannah Convention Center. This event marked the largest State of the Port to date, welcoming over 1,400 attendees and serving as the first event hosted in the newly expanded Savannah Convention Center, utilizing the full 39,000-square-foot ballroom.

Georgia Ports Authority CEO Griff Lynch shared with the group that The Port of Savannah was the fastest growing container gateway in the U.S East and Gulf coasts in 2024!

We recently rolled out the red carpet for a corporate group’s grand finale in Savannah — and what a night it was! Aboard the Georgia River Queen, we threw an unforgettable Roaring ’20s bash that transported guests straight into the Jazz Age.

🎲 Deck One became a high-stakes casino floor with fun money flying and classic games like Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Texas Hold ’Em.

🍸 Deck Two transformed into a swinging Supper Club, buzzing with energy.

🎷 And up top, Deck Three was an exclusive Speakeasy featuring the smooth sounds of the Equinox Jazz Orchestra and dazzling Charleston dancers lighting up the night.

It was the bee’s knees — and then some. ✨

What a grand finale to our three incredible days with Exterro! We sailed into the sunset aboard a Savannah Riverboat that we transformed into a dazzling three-story speakeasy. Guests tried their luck at casino tables on the main deck, danced to DJ beats on the second floor, and lounged to sultry 1920s jazz up top. The perfect blend of Southern charm and Gatsby glamour on the river! It was so much fun bringing this event to life! 🎲🎭🚢

Earlier this month, we hosted a wonderful group from Exterro for a three-day event. We welcomed our guests with true Southern hospitality – curating goodie bags filled with local delicacies including handmade cheese straws, classic pralines, and delectable bear claws. The evening came alive with our Low Country themed welcome party, complete with custom stage design and decor that captured Savannah's essence. Our special guest, Forrest Gump himself, greeted attendees while they created lasting memories at the 360-degree photo booth experience. Day one was pure magic in the Hostess City – stay tuned for more! ✨🎉

We had so much fun organizing an evening ghost tour event for this great group last week! Ghost tours are always a fun way for guests to see the city, learn some history, and have some spooky fun. 👻

We had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful group from Homecare Homebase last week at The Alida and planning several fun activities for them. The first night, the group enjoyed a History and Haunts walking tour around downtown Savannah. On the second day, we provided a makeup artist to assist with hair and makeup for attendee interviews, massages, and a fabulous dinner at The Olde Pink House. On the final day, we arranged for them to have a relaxing sound bath meditation to start their day refreshed and rejuvenated. It was a great few days with a great group of people!

It was a pleasure to host a wonderful group in Hilton Head Island last month for their Board of Directors meeting. The first night we organized a sunset dinner cruise, including centerpieces and entertainment. The second night, we provided table décor again and a wonderful steel drum player.
