What a wonderful time. I am So honored to have been given the opportunity to cater my High School Class Reunion. Jenkins County High School Classes of 1980-1989. What a Time!! It was so good seeing everyone. Mardi Gras Theme Menu: NewOrleans Style BBQ Shrimp, Jambalaya; Bourbon Meatballs, Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Spinach Dip, Pasta Salad, Charcuterie Cups, and Pulled Pork(Thanks Annie & Hubby)

This is too funny.. I got my own sauce. I make Shrimp Sauce, Bourbon Sauce, Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce, and Cocktail Sauce.

Hey y’all!

I am beyond honored and truly grateful to have been asked to cater my high school class reunion again this year!

I’m going to give it everything I’ve got because this one is personal. These are the people I grew up with, made memories with, laughed with, and shared some of the best years of my life with.

I feel so blessed that my class trusts me to be a part of such a special celebration and to help create even more memories through food, fun, friendship, and fellowship.

And y’all… we’re doing a FUN menu!, It’s going to be a Mardi Gras-inspired menu, so you already know we’re bringing those Louisiana flavors, a whole lot of personality, and plenty of good food to the party!

Class of 1980–1989, come on out and let’s have a blast.

I can’t wait to see y’all and celebrate the memories we made back then—and the memories we’re about to make now! ❤️

So my son came home and told me he has a project for his Forensic Science class on the O.J. Simpson trial.

I said, “Oh, I can do you one better!” 😂

You see, not only did I actually lived in Los Angeles during the time. I have pictures- from Nicole’s house, to O.J.’s house, Mezzaluna, and Rockingham.

So naturally, I pulled out the pictures and told him, “Here you go!” 📸😂

And then I gave him my own little piece of investigative information: My BFF and I actually drove from Nicole’s house to O.J.’s house, and it took us NINE MINUTES.

Just saying… 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

When your mama has firsthand memories, pictures, and a little bit of her own “investigative research,” you might as well use your resources! 😂
