What a beautiful way to celebrate 17 years of Latin Chicks!

It was filled with delicious food, cocktails, laughter, memories, and—most importantly—the people who have supported us throughout this incredible journey.

As we close our “17 Days of Latin Love,” our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you to our customers, friends, team, and community for helping a small dream grow into 17 unforgettable years.

This celebration may be ending, but the Latin love continues—and just in time to welcome Latin Heritage Month!

We saved some of the very best for last—our incredible team!

Let’s start with our sweet Astrid, goofy in the best way, loving, full of energy and always a real trooper. Knowing her is Loving her, she helps in every aspect of our business. She brings so much joy and personality to Latin Chicks, and we love her for it! 🥰 if you don’t know her, just approach her and give her a hug, she will love you for it and you will definitely love her too!

But Latin Chicks wouldn’t be Latin Chicks without this entire crew:

🚚 Carlos, our food truck operator, is such a hardworking guy , it’s a joy seeing him around because he always has the best attitude and is attentive to every detail.

✨ Alanis, who keeps everything organized and spotless—and somehow remembers all our customers’ orders!

😊 Jacqui, whose warm smile and natural charisma make everyone feel welcome.

👨‍🍳 Nehemias, running the kitchen and making sure we have everything we need to keep serving the food you love.

Also, mainly part of our Mint To Be Mojito restaurant but Yasnil is always open to help at our food truck, and even Jomarys our Mint manager!

And, of course, Jessica—the nucleus of Latin Chicks, keeping our operations running and holding everything together.

What began as a dream in 2009 became a place filled with incredible food, wonderful people and countless memories.

One of the most fun days we’ve ever had at Latin Chicks was our Brazilian Day celebration in 2015! This video brings back so many joyful memories, the music, the dancing, the energy, and the beautiful spirit of Brazil. 🎶💚💛

Latin Chicks has always celebrated dishes and traditions from across Latin America. Our countries may have different flavors, rhythms, and cultures, but we are all proud Latin American brothers and sisters.
