You've never seen a wedding like this....

This vibrant wedding was designed to leave guests in awe at every turn, blending unexpected entertainment with thoughtful, curated experiences. Guests were greeted with Savannah’s best celebrity impersonators during cocktail hour and found their seats with hand-painted Talavera tiles, paired with calligraphed oranges nestled in bursts of fresh florals. Dinner featured three themed menus—Italian, Southern, and Coastal—giving a delicious nod to the couple’s roots and Savannah’s charm.

Between courses and dancing, guests passed through an orange-hued dreamscape of whimsical custom cakes and desserts, adding an element of surprise to the evening. With every detail designed to delight, this celebration was more than a wedding—it was an unforgettable journey for everyone lucky enough to attend. 🍊✨

Color queens, this one's for you!....

Inspired by the vibrancy of Talavera tile, the magic of Georgia’s low-country, and the playfulness of a good fruit motif (oranges and kumquats, in this case), designer (she's a almuni!) and bride Alex wanted to host an out-of-the box event that would wow guests with a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind details and an eccentrically fresh color palette of pumpkin, lavender, and blueberry. Her goal: create a wedding aesthetic that people had never seen before.

Is color, pattern and maximalism still going to be a trend going into 2025? I sure do hope so!

As a Sea Island wedding photographer, I love getting to capture an entire weekend's worth of special events for my couples.

Olivia and Jimmy had a complete wedding weekend which started with an intimate bridal luncheon at the Beach Club at Sea Island.

Their welcome dinner took place in the trophy room at The Lodge at Sea Island, which was transformed into a warm and inviting space for guests to mingle and enjoy the time together.

The pièce de résistance was their romantic wedding day, with a ceremony at The Cloister Chapel and a reception in the ballroom. No detail was overlooked, and we know guests will be talking about this wedding for years to come!
