Bernice Scozzafave appreciates all of your kind words, prayers, and messages.

Bernice’s cancer has quickly advanced. Bernice was moved to The Hospice House on Friday January 11. The address is 308 West 12th Avenue
Sault Sainte Marie, MI.

Bernice’s final wish was to come home from the Petoskey Hospital, so that she can see her family, friends, and her Hospice family for the last time on earth. Most of our families will be there tomorrow as well.

Bernice is very tired and soft spoken. Her visits are limited to 10 minutes.

When she’s deeply sleeping we don’t wake her up. If you’d like to come visit Bernice at the Hospice House this weekend, she would enjoy seeing everyone. Only one group of visitors at a time will be allowed into her room, but there is plenty of comfortable seating for waiting in the living room at The Hospice House. Also, please be advised that all shoes and boots must be removed at the door. Hospice House furnishes slippers or you can stay in your socks.

Phil Scozzafave is in town with Bernice as well.

Bernice isn’t in any pain so your prayers are working. She is just very tired.

She’s receiving a living Celebration of life.....when she’s awake. 🤫
