Track Info:
Granite City Speedway is an entertainment facility with a 3/8-mile semi-banked clay oval that hosts dirt track auto racing from early May through Labor Day. Sunday Night Racing
Draw cut-off and hot laps will be held at 5:30pm each race day. Racing action will begin at 6:00 pm each race day.

We did end up pushing through the program with no intermission as I was watching the radar and weather and at 7:25 it said 64% chance at 8 and 87% at 9.

I wanted to keep moving to get the show in as much as we could!

Low and behold we never got a drop of rain. 😅

That track was pretty dang good once again, hats off to the crew!

Congrats to all the kids who won a bike!

Also to all the kids who got a back pack as well courtesy of Amanda Koch Realty.

Thanks to the Ebert crew for taking their time to come hang out and see all the fans as well! Also for bringing their merch trailer so our locals could snag some stuff! Such a fun and good team! If you didn’t get to meet them, you need to. Solid team.

Coming off an excellent weekend at Port Royal With the Lucas Oil Late models taking 7th in lasts nights 50 lap A-main the team is bringing the hauler and car tonight!

Come and visit with Dan and the entire crew of team 60 tonight in front of the main building!

Check out his giant trophy from the topless 100 and his $50,000 check!

Take pictures with Dan and the car, get autographs, etc and help them celebrate their successful season!

AUGUST 23rd Tech report

*Superstock DQ was Denis Czech.
After his seasons best finish, Mr.Czech forgot where the scale was. (Even though his pit spot is only 2 away from the scale. 🤦‍♂️) It was clear, he has been struggling this year and forgot he is suppose to scale and tech with a top 5 finish. 😆😅
