Dear Valued Curate Clients,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Curate’s current location effective June 1, 2025. After three years in business at 20 N Benton Dr., we’ve made the difficult decision to close our doors, after unsuccessful negotiations for a new lease agreement.

However, we want to assure you that this is not the end! We are currently working on exciting plans for a new location, and we’ll be sure to announce more details at a future date. We look forward to continuing to serve you in a new space soon!

Liquidation Sale: Because we would like to start with a fresh look in our new location, we are selling a lot of our current furniture, props, décor, etc. We are hosting a Liquidation Sale starting Wednesday, April 30th. Everything must go and the prices will be insanely cheap!

Sale Details:
• Start Date: Wednesday, April 30th
• End Date: Saturday, May 3rd
• Hours of Operation: 10am-1pm each day

This sale will be open to the public! FCFS/No pre-sales/No holds

The month of May will be dedicated to the liquidation of our inventory. Therefore, April will be the last month to schedule sessions. If you have a session already scheduled in May, you will be given the choice to keep that reservation, or be reimbursed (in-full).

We want to extend our deepest thanks for your trust, loyalty, and support over the last three years. It has been an honor to serve you in Sauk Rapids, and we hope you’ll join us again in the future when we open our new location. Again, stay tuned for more updates!

Hi everyone,

I hope the first few weeks of 2025 are treating you well!

I want to reach out and let you know that there are some exciting changes happening in the upcoming days/weeks at Curate. I can't believe in a few short months, Curate will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary! In those three years, I've been able to gain a better understanding of the central Minnesota market and what all y'all’s needs and desires are from a studio perspective. I've been taking everything into consideration and I think the 2025 version of Curate will provide an enhanced experience for all whom it welcomes in its doors.

All the nitty gritty details of this new and improved Curate will roll out soon, I promise! In the meantime, however, there are some things that must happen for the transition and we are hopeful that these necessary actions will not be a major inconvenience for anyone:

• Effective immediately, renters will not have access to the main floor and basement prop rooms. If you already have a rental scheduled with prop room, don't worry - you will still have access!

• The online scheduler is temporarily unavailable until our transition is complete. As a thank you for your patience, we are offering a 50% discount on all February rentals. February hours will be purchased per hour (there will be no 3-hour/all-day option). Once you’ve made your purchase, you will need to contact Curate directly to choose your date(s)/time(s) that you'd like to book in February. • In order to make room for our glow-up, we will be having a HUGE destash-clearance sale. This will be a massive clearance! Seriously, probably 60% of what we have will need to go.
