We are out of office on our annual vacation ✨

We will be returning February 18th.

As we take some time to reset and celebrate Ryan turning 30 (for the 3rd time), we are also entering a wedding season that we couldn’t be more proud of as well as reflecting on how bad ass 2025 was.

With our busiest weekend of 2025 being 3 weddings in one weekend with over 900 guest total - we are excited to be hitting almost those same numbers for our next wedding this year as well. We couldn’t do this without all of the amazing vendors, beautiful couples and support from our team members - hiring 7 of them last year!

Ryan and his team at Beyond Events & Rentals were the best money spent on our wedding. I actually remember thinking after the wedding was over that I didn’t think we paid Ryan enough for his services.

Let’s be real for a moment, your wedding day is a beautiful day that you will remember for the rest of your life, but planning a wedding can be quite stressful at times, especially when you are trying to plan one on a budget. And without fail every time my wife and I were stressing about anything related to the planning of our wedding Ryan would go out of his way to swoop in like an angel and he’d quickly come up with a game plan and alleviated our worries with kindness and assuredness. It was so nice to see the tension in my wife’s shoulders soften and melt away during each meeting with Ryan.

Speaking of which, through out the several months leading up to our wedding Ryan met with us repeatedly and every meeting with him was a joy. His vast experience and knowledge in the industry was apparent more and more after each meeting, as well as his passion for his craft. Every meeting he listened to us and considered our wants and ideas and confidently guided us through the various hurdles of wedding planning. Not only that, but by the end I also feel we walked away with a wonderful new friend.
