People often ask, how long does my pulled pork take?
The short answer is 3 days.
The long answer: My pork shoulders spend a day bringing, a day marinating in my dry rub and then 18-24 hours on the smoker. The results speak for themselves. A bone that falls out of the meat and pork that pulls apart like butter.
I am happy to be preparing this order (Friday afternoon) of Pulled Pork and Ribs for my good buddy Tyler for him to share with some work buddies and his family.

May not be low and slow today, but it's too nice not to be behind the grill.
