We started this up in the summer of 2020 but there were a few things not taken into consideration at the time. (Like driving at night which is not a favorite of the business owner. And trying to juggle this with two other entrepreneurships already underway!) These are the reasons for trying to sell this to someone local. We haven't even taken the brand new signs out of the boxes! Buy our large inventory of yard signs (individual letters and numbers, fun die cut graphics like balloons and stars and hearts etc.) for $1600 OBO which may sound like a lot at first but isn't much to get started with most businesses anyway and is a savings of hundreds of dollars off retail. And be the go-to in the southern tier area for yard and lawn greeting day-rentals. You don't need tons of space, really only a dedicated closet or a garden shed or a corner of a room/basement for them. How about it?

Start your own venture:
Buy out our new and never used inventory of letter/number/celebration yard signs, and stakes, and do your own thing. Due to health, and timing reasons we have decided not to go further than the planning and buying stages with this. But would love to help promote you in any way that we can if you decide you take this yard-greeting daily-delivery/rental on. We beehive this would be a wonderful addition to the southern tier/southtowns of WNY.

You're not limited to the signs that we have. You'd can also make and use your own. But this will help get you started with a full set of letters, numbers, birthdays, boy/girl baby announcements, graduations and more. Quality die-cut signage with a box of 50 starter stakes. And as we (Chaffee Chick Design) are a resource for sign design and printing, you have a ready source for any custom ones or springdale that you'd need over time to build your collection as more people ask for it.

Anyone looking for grad greetings, birthday wishes, thank you's or more in the southern tri-county WNY area...

We do the work! We set up the dozen or so letter/number/clipart signs as a nice display in the special front yard, so it's there to surprise whomever you're looking to surprise! 😀💞
Businesses and realtors love the big SALE, OPEN HOUSE, etc greetings complete with stars and balloons...
Then after a day, we come back and remove the signs. You'd never even know they were there (unless you took photos, which we hope you do. Please send them our way!)

We do ask you water your lawn prior to us arriving, to help the stakes go in to the ground. And if you have dogs, please remove any, um, well ...you know's ...out of the lawn before setup 😉
