People ask me all the time…

“What’s your favorite wedding venue?”

Honestly?

It’s the one we get to make completely yours.

Don’t get me wrong.

I love a beautiful venue.

I also love walls.

And air conditioning. 😂

But what really excites me isn’t the building.

It’s the possibility.

I genuinely love opening a blank floor plan and asking…

Where will guests naturally gather?

How do we make this feel effortless?

Where should cocktail hour flow?

How do we move 175 guests through the evening without them ever feeling rushed?

Where can we create one quiet moment for just the two of you?

I get oddly excited about rental orders.

Linen swatches.

Chair styles.

Lounge furniture.

Custom bars.

Lighting.

Floor plans.

Room flips.

Transportation.

The logistics that most people never think about.

Because every one of those decisions shapes how your wedding feels.

A wedding isn’t memorable because it had the most expensive flowers or the trendiest rentals.

It’s memorable because everything felt intentional.

Your guests knew where to go.

They were comfortable.

Dinner flowed naturally.

The dance floor stayed full.

You were present enough to actually enjoy it.

That’s the kind of wedding I love creating.

The venue is simply where the story begins.

The real magic happens when we build a celebration that couldn’t belong to anyone else.

That’s the part I’ll never get tired of.

Every once in a while you have an experience that reminds you exactly why you do what you do.

This was one of those weeks ASCEND Conference

I laughed, learned, asked a million questions, met people I’ve admired for years, and walked away with ideas that I’m already excited to bring home.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who poured into this room and for the people who made it possible for me to be here.

Now it’s time to get back to doing what I love most.

Creating meaningful experiences for amazing people.

Rain plan? Sure.
But somehow it still felt exactly like them.

Avery and Drew leaned all the way in yesterday. Rain, mud, umbrellas, soaked grass, all of it. And somehow the entire day still felt warm, grounded, joyful, and unbelievably beautiful.

The vows were some of the most emotional and intentional I’ve heard in a long time. There was laughter, tears, a ketubah signing tucked inside the house, guests huddled together under the tent, and a dance floor that never really slowed down.

No perfect weather. No perfect timeline. Just people showing up fully for two humans they love very much.

And honestly? That’s the good stuff.

I’ll never forget this one.

The arch needed to move from the ceremony to behind the head table for the reception.

Unfortunately… the ceiling had other plans. 😂

So naturally the solution became:
take apart the entire arch mid wedding day and carry it across the venue piece by piece.

Honestly though, this is the side of weddings people don’t always see.

The team coming together, figuring it out, and making it happen.
And honestly? It was fun. 😂

Those are always my favorite kinds of wedding days. 🤍

I’m a boy mom, so the mother son dance gets me every single time.

Maybe it’s because I know one day I’ll blink and my tiny little guys won’t be so tiny anymore.
Maybe it’s because these dances hold so much history in them.

The late nights.
The school mornings.
The sports games.
The hard seasons.
The proud moments.
The growing up.

And then suddenly there you are… standing in the middle of a wedding day trying not to cry while dancing with your son in front of everyone you love.

It’s never just a dance.
It’s years of love showing up all at once.

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, mother figures, and all the women who love hard and show up again and again behind the scenes. You are such a big part of the story. 🤍

Weddings aren’t just about the two of you.
They’re about all of this too.

The people who raised you.
The people who shaped you.
The people who are showing up for you in a really big way.

And if you’re planning right now…
family can be one of the most meaningful parts of the process and one of the most complicated.

Different opinions.
Different expectations.
Different ideas of what this day should look like.

Here’s what I want you to remember:

You can include people without losing yourself.

You can honor your family and still make decisions that feel right for you.

You can set boundaries and still have a beautiful, connected experience.

The best weddings don’t feel like a tug of war.
They feel like everyone understands their role
and the couple feels supported, not pulled in every direction.

That doesn’t just happen.
It takes intention.
It takes communication.
And sometimes, it takes someone in the middle helping guide it all.

That’s a big part of what I do.

Because when this part feels good
everything else does too.

There is so much advice out there about what to do first.

Budget. Guest list. Venue. Timeline. Design.

And yes, all of that matters.

But what actually changes everything is having the right person guiding you through it.

Because planning isn’t just a checklist.
It’s decisions.
It’s emotions.
It’s navigating a lot of opinions while trying to stay true to what you want.

You don’t need to figure it all out alone.

If you have someone you trust, someone who gets you, someone who can help you make decisions clearly and confidently everything else becomes a lot easier.

2026 is fully booked.
2027 is open and already starting to fill.
