I can't say enough great things about Annette, her amazing, attentive staff and the delicious food! My son and daughter-in-law were married this past Saturday at Brookledge in Middle Grove...the catering can be a bit tricky at this venue as there are no real kitchen facilities, but Annette and her team brought in EVERYTHING needed to create her outdoor kitchen. She catered three events; the rehearsal dinner, wedding AND Sunday brunch and never once did she or any of her staff look anything but calm and happy to be there! The groom insisted on Adirondack BBQ, and Annette was able to deliver a top notch, classy menu (thank you Annette for your creativity!) Each meal was way beyond our expectations! Our guests are still raving about the smoked brisket, filet mignon, bacon wrapped scallops...pretty much everything! Annette, I am amazed by you, so glad I found you, and you are a joy to work with! Please thank your chefs, wait staff and adorable bartenders for making this wedding weekend so memorable! You cannot go wrong with choosing Annette and Distinctive Catering!!!
