One of those options is our smoked chicken 🔥🔥🔥 We brine our chicken to make them juicy and tender, then we smoke them to inject flavor, and finally grill them to seal in the juices and to create a tasty crust. This is a fun way to make chili. Fill a large foil pan with you base, then put whatever meat you would like to use above it. As it smokes the drippings go into the base enriching the flavor. Once the meat is ready, break it up and add it to the chili. Easy and yummy!
