Fun Party Stuff

Fun Party Stuff Fun machine rentals for your best party or get together. Thank you for joining us, we are glad to have more Wheat Belly Friends but please be friendly.

This page was started with a few friends who started Wheat Belly around the same time back in September 2012. Back then a few of us would post recipes that we wanted to try and make compliant or recipes that we just wanted to share with each other. This page has never been advertised anywhere and for several years it was only about 5 people who knew about it. It is up to you to make sure they are up to Wheat Belly standards, if you can't do that this may not be the place for you.

Wheat is found in breads, bakery, pasta and alcohol but in what other food sources and products have you found wheat that you were surprised to find it in?

I've been off sugar for three years now... But between you and I, I still struggle with cravings. The stuff is gnarly - some say as addictive as co***ne and he**in - and it's dangled in front of us everywhere we turn. What's more, we're actually biologically programmed to binge on it...

Since organic raw cacao is one of the highest food sources with magnesium why not make a yummy hot drink with it?

Makes 4 servings-
4 cups milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond)
4 tbls raw organic cacao
8 tbls rapadura (or sweetener of choice)
Tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Pinch of cinnamon

Heat up milk on stove to steaming but not boiling. Remove from heat and whisk in all ingredients. Serve!

The calcium in real milk will take over and min the magnesium you get. I will try coconut milk! Almond milk is not bad though!
