RE: Request for Investigation – Concerning the Conduct of Nicole Ponzer (aka “Nika” on TikTok)
Dear District Attorney,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the actions of Nicole Ponzer, known online as “Nika” on the social media platform TikTok. Based on personal observation and numerous publicly documented incidents, I believe Ms. Ponzer’s conduct has crossed into dangerous, deceptive, and criminal territory that warrants legal investigation.
Ms. Ponzer first came to my attention through TikTok, where she presented herself as an advocate traveling from Canada to Virginia to support a woman allegedly being harassed in a small town. What appeared to be an act of altruism soon turned into something far more troubling. Ms. Ponzer publicly shared private information about a local family—names, addresses, and personal details—and falsely labeled a young man from that family as a child predator. Her inflammatory statements incited widespread outrage among her followers, resulting in online threats, harassment, and real-world danger to the individuals she targeted.
This pattern of behavior did not stop with that family. In February 2025, Ms. Ponzer became involved in the life of a woman who had been married for 29 years. It is reported that she seduced the woman's husband, introduced him to drugs, and provoked him to threaten both his wife and their son. That mother and child are now in hiding, fearing for their safety due to the manipulation and chaos initiated by Ms. Ponzer.
Furthermore, Ms. Ponzer falsely accused two additional women—Stevie Dawson and Bobbi Brown—of desecrating the graves of her three supposed deceased children. During a live broadcast on TikTok, she claimed that the women destroyed headstones and that police were on their way to arrest them. She used explicit and defamatory language, inciting her followers to target these women with harassment and death threats. These allegations were entirely fabricated.
To be clear: Ms. Ponzer’s children are not deceased. They are alive. Her story was a deliberate and malicious fabrication, seemingly designed to elicit sympathy, weaponize public outrage, and destroy the reputations of others.
Ms. Ponzer has demonstrated a recurring pattern of intentional deception, public defamation, doxxing, emotional manipulation, and incitement to harassment. Her actions have caused real emotional, psychological, and potentially physical harm to numerous individuals. The cult-like following she has built online has become a tool for spreading misinformation, fueling public hostility, and endangering innocent lives.
I respectfully urge your office to investigate Ms. Ponzer for possible criminal violations including but not limited to harassment, defamation, incitement to violence, cyberstalking, and endangerment. Her behavior is escalating, and I fear that if left unaddressed, it could result in irreversible harm—or even the loss of life.
