Our catering staff has put on events for parties as small as 10 and up. We also have years of experience tailoring menus to accommodate special diets or food preferences. Whether you choose to hire our experienced catering staff or not our food speaks for itself. Business Owner Marie-Christelle Dallara was born and raised in France, where her love for cooking started in the family's kitchen. She learned recipes and savoir faire with her Grandma, Mother and Aunt. She has been a Private Chef for over a decade and has been catering parties and special events for years. Marie moved to Petaluma 13 years ago with her husband Matthew where they are raising their two boys. ZESTCUISINE searches out the freshest seasonal and local ingredients available using local farms, dairies and bakeries in order to provide you with wonderful, flavorful dishes. Her goal in life is to provide healthy meal choices to her Community and to provide School lunches in order to teach our beautiful children how to eat healthy! Marie's professional kitchen is filled with food lovers who are helping her make delicious and healthy menus.
