Hi ya!!👋 I have a lot of new followers so I wanted to tell you about ME…I would love to know you, so drop me a DM.
My name is Kerri and I am in love with flavors, colors and design. As a neurodivergent person, I struggle to manage a conventional career so when I started making my food creations into art in 2019, I was cracked open as an artist and entrepreneur.
I attended the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley for Professional Wine Study in 2002, earning my Advanced Sommelier Certification and WSET level 2 with distinction. Working as a Wine Specialist for Whole Foods for over a decade, I worked closely with the cheese department where I learned that I was very interested in how it paired with wine. I studied that subject and did lots of research 🧐 🧀🍷
Fast forward…I just turned 50 and decided to dedicate myself to creating my own business. I bought my adorable Mobile Charcuterie food truck, became an LLC, and poured everything into my little business. I create artful arrangements and grazing tables, teach engaging and entertaining wine and flavor immersion classes and can come to you to provide an elevated mobile cheese service experience!
I have 2 teenaged daughters who are my world and are extremely helpful as assistants. My senior doggo is 14 and brightens my life daily.
I live in and play in the woods, which is helping me to stay grounded and humble. I hike, trail run, creek bathe and call a flock of wild turkeys my friends.
My love language is positive energy, dogs, trees, tacos and coffee. I am a woman’s woman and will go out of my way to help another lady succeed.
My favorite number is 11 and I love ALL the colors!
