Our Story

We are a small business specializing in custom wine, beer and cheese pairing events for education and/or entertainment. Our pairings are very versatile depending on what our clients are looking for. Tilted Platter will come to your home, B and B, office, winery or brewery and set up a cheese pairing with wine or beer chosen by our professionals or provided by you. Tilted Platter implements an interactive experience dedicated to teaching in a fun and approachable way, how to taste wine or beer and seek out the nuances of the individual beverages. Adding the cheese and charcuterie really deepens the understanding and broadens the education portion of the experience. This unique service is perfect for a group of friends in the home, team builds, wine club members or for client appreciation parties. Packages are available as well as pricing per person.
