Yesterday we had the pleasure of doing a drop-off catering for a very special 80th birthday celebration! 🎉 We actually catered her 70th birthday too—and somehow, she hasn’t aged one minute! ❤️

Guests enjoyed Tri-Tip with their choice of chimichurri or creamy horseradish sauce, Potatoes Gratin, and delicious Roasted Vegetables.

Happy 80th Birthday! 🥳 Thank you for once again entrusting S’Wine Country BBQ to be part of such a special celebration. It means so much to us to be invited back for these milestone moments! ❤️

A fun night out at the Sonoma County Fair! 🎡🎠

Of course, we had to stop and see our friends at Golden Kettlecorn and Castle Mini Donuts! They hooked us up with delicious kettle corn, cotton candy, and warm mini donuts. 🍿🍩

The grandkids were VERY happy! ❤️

We love supporting our fellow local businesses—don’t forget to show them some love when you’re out at the fair! 🙌

Tonight we headed over to AM BBQ, LLC for Burger Night to support our fellow BBQ friends! ❤️🔥

We know the road of owning a small food business isn’t always easy, and we love seeing our community show up and support local businesses when they need it most.

And let me tell you… dinner did NOT disappoint! We had their Brisket Smoked Burgers 🤤 and tried one of tonight’s specials — Pulled Chicken topped with slaw. So good!

If you haven’t made it over to A&M BBQ yet, go show them some love. There’s room for all of us in the BBQ world, and we’re always happy to support fellow local pitmasters doing what they love. ❤️

Wowsers! Yesterday was a VERY busy day for S’Wine Country BBQ!

Not one, not two, but THREE events! We dropped off delicious food for a birthday celebration, a family get-together, and a family reunion.

The menus included a little bit of everything — Tri-Tip, BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Potatoes Gratin, Mac & Cheese, Potato Salad, Mango Jalapeño Coleslaw, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Bacon-Wrapped Meatballs, and an Artisan Cheese Board. 😋

A BIG shout-out to Tom, who made it all happen! 👏 There were a lot of hours spent in the kitchen prepping, smoking, cooking, and pulling everything together for three separate events — and he knocked it out of the park!

Busy days like this are a lot of work, but we’re so grateful to each of our customers for choosing S’Wine Country BBQ to be a part of their celebrations. ❤️

What a beautiful evening at the stunning Triple S Ranch in Calistoga! ❤️

On Friday, we had the pleasure of catering the rehearsal dinner as day two of a three-day wedding celebration for a very special couple.

Guests started the evening with Grilled Shrimp Skewers, Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers (which were a huge hit!), and Caprese Skewers.

For dinner, they enjoyed our grilled Tri-Tip served with two house-made chimichurri sauces, BBQ Chicken, Out of this World Baked Beans, Creamy Mac & Cheese, Roasted Vegetables, and Mango Jalapeño Coleslaw.

To finish the evening, everyone was treated to our Bourbon Vanilla Apple Crisp topped with creamy vanilla ice cream.

The smiles, compliments, and happy guests made for a truly memorable evening. We are so grateful to have been part of such a special weekend and wish the happy couple a lifetime of love and happiness. Thank you for letting S'Wine Country BBQ be a part of your celebration!

What a perfect day yesterday at Riverfront Regional Park! We had the pleasure of catering a corporate lunch for Friedemann Goldberg Llp, Friedemann, Goldberg, Wargo & Hess, and it was wonderful seeing their employees and families enjoy a beautiful day together.

The menu featured our slow-smoked brisket, BBQ chicken, Out of This World Baked Beans, creamy macaroni & cheese, and fresh green salad.

Wowie, what a weekend for S'Wine Country BBQ!

On Saturday, we had the honor of providing a drop-off meal for our friends at the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, serving 325 guests with tri-tip, BBQ chicken, our Out of This World baked beans, and macaroni salad.

Then on Sunday, we headed to the beautiful Lasseter Family Winery for their Summer Concert Series. Guests enjoyed our tri-tip sandwiches, chicken & pimento sandwiches, garden couscous bowls, and more while taking in the incredible music of the Grey Fox Trio.

We're grateful for another weekend of doing what we love—serving great food, meeting wonderful people, and being part of such special events.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us. We can't wait to do it again!
