Meet the newest (unofficial) guest at the ranch. 🐸

He’s been showing up all over the property lately — table, hot tub, wherever he pleases. We’re starting to think he knows we’re French.

Two long sandboxes on the picnic tables — built for the youngest guests, adopted by everyone else.

Lids lift to reveal horse figurines and zen garden tools. Little ones race their horses through the sand. Grownups find themselves raking zen lines mid-conversation, drink in hand.

Under the oaks, something new is taking shape.

The platform went in this week — forklift, careful hands, and patience getting it exactly right. By the ceremony, it’ll be ringed with florals and the couple’s family and friends, but there’s something we love about catching it here first: just wood, grass, and quiet.

This is where two people will stand and say yes.

An August day at the ranch. 🍑

Peaches ripening on the branch, cactus soaking up the sun, lavender coming in for harvest — and the mirror barn already dressed and waiting for its next celebration. Just another day on 85 acres.
