01/02/2026
This year wrap-up looks different on this feed than past years — and that wasn't by accident.
2025 invited me to slow down in ways I didn’t anticipate. I started the year by turning 40, but after losing my mom to Alzheimer’s in the spring, I chose to protect my peace and be deeply intentional with my time — prioritizing family, wellness, and presence over pace.
I showed up fully for the moments that matter most: field days, performances, class parties, field trips — the sacred, ordinary days that shape a life. I poured into my role as a small group leader of teen girls I adore, proudly stood as a competitive cheer team mom to some of the most amazing girls I know, embraced mentorship within my daughter’s new school community at , and recommitted to my mental, emotional, and physical health alongside a group of women who became accountability, encouragement, and true friendship.
I didn’t quit — I refined.
Even as I slowed, I continued to nurture this work I love. I stepped away for a restorative industry retreat at .collective.wed , connecting with peers and collaborators who remind me why this industry — though ever-evolving — is built on relationships. With nearly two decades in this work, I’m more convinced than ever that experience isn’t just measured in time, but in the depth of connection, trust, and care poured into every celebration.
From a place of clarity, healing, and renewed creative energy, I’m stepping into 2026 inspired and deeply grateful. Ready for meaningful connection, joyful collaboration, and thoughtfully designed celebrations — weddings layered with beauty, ease, surprise, and heart.
I've found that fewer events create deeper impact.
Here’s to a year of presence, purpose, and celebrations that feel as exceptional as they are unforgettable. Thank you for all the grace and love everyone poured into me this year. I am so grateful. 🤍
