Some weddings just hit different… and this one? This one was everything 🤍

The Heller wedding was a perfect mix of love, chaos, laughter, and a whole lot of heart. From helping the bride get ready, to making sure every detail came together, to somehow ending the night riding a mechanical bull in a satin dress (because obviously 😂)… this one will be hard to top.

Every detail was brought to life exactly how it was dreamed—warm tones, western touches, pampas, and the most beautiful, intimate setting surrounded by nature. But what made it truly unforgettable was the love you could feel in every single moment.

Being both the coordinator and Maid of Honor was no small task… but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Watching someone you love step into their forever while also bringing their vision to life? That’s the magic right there ✨

This weekend was one for the books 🤍

Not only did **Woodin You Like To Party** have the honor of coordinating this absolutely stunning wedding… but I also stood beside my sister as her Maid of Honor 🥹

And let me tell you—wearing both hats at the same time?
✨ Emotional
✨ Exhausting
✨ A little chaotic
✨ And 100% worth every second

From building out every little detail of this western dream (hello cowhide, pampas, and that sweetheart table 😍) to fixing last-minute hiccups behind the scenes… and then turning around to hold it together for speeches and special moments—it was a whirlwind.

But watching everything come together, seeing the love, the laughter, the people who showed up for them… THAT is why I do what I do.

This wasn’t just another event.
This was personal. This was family. This was everything.

To my sister—your day was beyond beautiful and you deserve every bit of happiness in the world 🤍

Double wedding weekend madness and I am thriving 🙌
Sunday was all about beach vibes and good times — Alyson and Geoff tied the knot toes-in-the-sand style right on the beach before swooping over to Avila Lighthouse Suites for the ultimate coastal celebration.
Cocktail hour kicked off with GIANT yard games — think co****le showdowns, giant Jenga towers crashing in dramatic slow motion, and lawn golf rivalries that got real 😂. Guests were living their best life with tacos (because taco bars are always the right answer 🌮), cold drinks, belly laughs, and the kind of energy that just screams GOOD PEOPLE + GOOD LOVE.
We wrapped the night with dancing, games, and that perfect salty breeze rolling off the ocean — the dream end to a perfect wedding weekend.

Waterfall vows, two dogs as VIP bridal party members 🐾, and cocktails named after them? SAY LESS!
This wedding was a vibe from start to finish — think 50-foot-long farmhouse tables lined with floating candles that seemed to go on forever, a shot glass wall seating chart (because why just find your seat when you can take a shot doing it? 🥃), and the sweetest pups proudly walking down the aisle like they owned the place.
From the sound of rushing water behind their ceremony to custom cocktails inspired by their furry best friends, every detail was dripping in personality, love, and pure celebration energy.

Back in July, I had the joy of coordinating Daisy & Josh’s beautiful riverside wedding — and now that we’ve just received the photos from their amazing photographer, I get to relive the magic all over again. 💛
From Daisy’s stunning gown and the sweetest getting-ready moments, to the cheerful yellow bridesmaid dresses, thoughtful vow books, and creative guest touches like the “pick a card” messages — every detail was filled with love and personality.
The reception tables were set with fresh florals, sunny yellow napkins, and succulent favors for guests to take home 🌼. The evening ended with sparklers, laughter, and a perfect dip-and-kiss sendoff.

✨ A night to remember at Eagle Oak Ranch ✨
On Thursday, we had the honor of curating a spread for a truly special evening — the grand opening of Eagle Oak Ranch, complete with a styled photoshoot and mixer for our incredible wedding and event industry community. 🌿🤍
Guests were greeted with elegant charcuterie cups, each one thoughtfully styled with layers of savory meats, creamy cheeses, fresh fruit, and herbs — the perfect welcome bite to set the tone for the evening. 🍓🧀🥂
As the night unfolded, our grazing table took center stage — overflowing with vibrant fruits, crisp vegetables, artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, nuts, and all the accompaniments. Designed to feel lush and abundant, it became more than just a table — it was a gathering place. A space where colleagues mingled, glasses clinked, and conversations flowed as naturally as the California breeze under the oak trees.
It’s evenings like these that remind us why we do what we do — creating food that isn’t just eaten, but experienced.
