When cake meets healthy fun!

I had the absolute sweetest time putting together this fresh fruit “cake” for a 4-year-old’s birthday celebration! Layers of juicy watermelon stacked high and decorated with strawberries, grapes, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and fresh mint—every bite was as refreshing as it was colorful.

No sugar crash here—just happy little hands grabbing their favorite fruits and parents loving every bite too!

Who says birthday cakes have to be baked?
