We were back at La Posada over the weeked and it reminded me of the sweetest couple and family. It brings me such joy to see my couples continue to blossom long after their wedding is over. Since this photo was taken, they have brought into the world the most precious baby girl.

Hi all! It's been a while since I've been real active on the socials so I figured I would reintroduce myself. My name is Shelby and I am the lead planner & owner behind Shelby Your Day Events (where is shall always be your day lol).

I intended to start this business in Denver, but 6 months before I was set to move, I met my man and that was that. So, SYD was established in Santa Fe in 2020 (what a time to start a business... I know).

We share a beautiful baby girl and he has given me the most special bonus baby with his son. These kiddos being the reason for my social hiatus. My baby girl is 15 months now, so I am starting to dive back into things more fully.

I have had the most incredible clients through my pregnancy and first year of her life, I could not be more grateful. I have LOADS of galleries from incredible couples to share from the inception of my business to now... so stay tuned.

2024 was a wild ride, and I am so thankful for the couples we had this year! Especially the ones that rode out my first trimester of pregnancy with me during the busiest time of the season! Also, why I had to change this to more of a baby girl pink! I feel truly blessed.
