When a client asked Chef Dhiru to meld mole and South Indian flavors, he discovered something unexpected, they were already beautifully connected.

Chiles, warm spices, depth, and slow-built flavor… the foundations of both cuisines overlap in the most natural way.

Marigold Kitchen catered my father’s 85th birthday celebration. Every part of the experience was top-notch - really thoughtful, personalized, professional and delicious!
