I began baking cakes in 1998 that is when I realized that Cake Decorating was my passion. I enrolled and went to various school to learn more and more about the art. With the support of my family and years of saving I was able to go to Canada to receive and graduated from the

Best College in the industry. Receiving my Designer Cake Degree was an honor and a blessing. Returning to the States to get Pepsy Cakes Designs running again has been a challenge and a struggle but with the love and support that I have, I feel that it will succeed. Here for my yearly post. 2025 is about me and ME ONLY.

I have overcome some very hard life cycles. I have tried to help others, but can only help those who want to be helped. So I wash my hands clean.

I raised my kids on my own. Have 2 grown children that will always be my babies.

Cheers to 2025 and to me for jumping over those hard times.
Looking forward to what else I can do for myself. Since I can only count on ME and ME alone will do this year.
