Holiday Oyster Platters are here! 🦪🎉

Our take-out oyster platters are available for pick-up from our SC Harbor location only.

We’d appreciate all Thanksgiving orders in by Monday 11/22.

Our To-Go Oyster Platters include:

🧊Oysters come nestled on a bed of frozen rock salt and given to you on a loaner tray that will need to be returned to us ($25 deposit required.)

We will be OPEN on Thanksgiving from 9 AM - 2 PM.

Stunning little Miyagi oysters dressed with our 𝙃 &҉ 𝙃 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙝 𝙁𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝘾𝙤.] lacto-fermented jalapeño vinegar and saffron beet whitefish caviar.💋🤌🏼

This pairing was full-bodied and delightful with just the perfect hit of heat. Guests loved it!🔥🤩

For all of you raw bar lovers❣️Here it is - local King Salmon poké! 🥢 We decided to try out a new recipe with this local favorite fish, and WOW 🤩 it’s pretty darn tasty! We will be selling these poké containers exclusively at our harbor shop this weekend, and we would love to hear your feedback 🗯 Our shop is open from 10-5 through the weekend.

Ooh la la 🦪 Who says caviar is only saved for a special occasion? Caviar adds deliciously rich benefits to your oysters, including omega3 which supports a healthy nervous & immune system, iron, magnesium, and selenium. And a serving of caviar contains your entire Vitamin B12 for the day (that’s the mood boosting goodness!) It’s truly a beneficial accoutrement to have with your oysters, and we have it available in our retail shop & CSF program . We are happy to stock sustainable caviar, for your takeaway oyster orders and for future events! 🥂
