Everything I make/create will be influenced by, and include a Craft Beer. I try to use local breweries and ingredients as much as possible, but since so many other places have phenomenal brews, there is no limitation. My goal is to blog my way through each creation, each journey to a brewery and each bite I take. I want to create recipes that I can come back to, and use to eventually be able to wr
