Pam Ingram and her husband, Steve, have been longtime residents of the Santa Clarita Valley, having moved there in 1974. They have one son, Christopher, who is married to Elise, and they cherish their four grandchildren.

Pam has been deeply involved in the community since the early 1980s, starting with volunteering at her son’s school. She took on leadership roles, including PTA President and chairing successful fundraising events. Pam later transitioned into a highly successful real estate career, joining RE/MAX in 1994. She is a proud member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and holds a Lifetime Achievement Award. With her motto “Clients for a Lifetime,” 90% of her business comes from repeat and referral clients.

Pam has also made a lasting impact in her community through her leadership in organizations like the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce, Soroptimist International, and various charitable endeavors. Her contributions earned her the prestigious Carmen Sarro Award in 2015. Pam’s passion for helping others and her commitment to the community continue to drive her work today.
