Food is my passion and sharing that with friends and family has been the highlight of my life and it’s now time to share it with you! Please take some time to look over what I offer. Keep in mind I am willing to take any special requests or needs in designing a personalized menu for your liking. Food will arrive at your event properly prepared and presented. A little pumpkin is on the way! 🧡 We were so excited to be apart of this special day, Waggoner’s Waggon Catering served up a delicious spread, including a beautiful charcuterie display, turkey club wraps, roast beef sandwiches, Caprese ciabatta sandwiches, bowtie pasta salad, and Caesar salad. And something sweet, mini apple pies, lemon bars, triple chocolate brownies, and chocolate chunk cookies.

Thank you, Carol, for allowing us to be part of the celebration and congratulations on becoming a first time grandma! What a beautiful blessing for your family.

What a gorgeous day celebrating Edith & Andrew! 🤍Every detail was absolutely beautiful, and we were so honored to be part of their special day!
We kicked off cocktail hour with a beautiful grazing charcuterie spread followed by a delicious dinner buffet featuring:
•Herbed Breaded Chicken
•Smoked Brisket
•Smoked Salmon
•Green Bean Almondine
•Homemade Macaroni Salad
•Garlic Bread
And of course, our amazing Waggoner’s Waggon crew was there serving up good food, good vibes, and exceptional service!
We loved working alongside Skyy’s the Limit Events to help bring this beautiful celebration together. ✨

It was our pleasure to celebrate this lovely couple as the newest Karren’s🤍✨ Waggoner’s Waggon was delighted to provide a delicious spread for their special day, starting with appetizers of Hawaiian meatballs, crispy potato skins, and mini corn dog bites. Guests were then treated to a beautiful buffet dinner featuring:
•Caesar Salad
•Flank Steak with Peppercorn Sauce
•Chicken Piccata
•Red Skinned Mashed Potatoes
•Seasonal Vegetable Medley
•Creamy Angel Hair Pasta
Our Waggoner’s Waggon bartenders kept the bar flowing with fresh, handcrafted cocktails throughout the evening.

It was a beautiful night for a family wishing a warm farewell to their daughter as she heads off on a new adventure in London! 🇬🇧
We started off their evening with BLT deviled eggs, tequila lime shrimp, and Hawaiian meatballs. Our grazing table was filled with delicious charcuterie, spinach dip, fresh bruschetta, and hummus. Guests also enjoyed smash burger sliders, smoked pulled pork, and chicken bacon ranch sliders. A little something for everyone! ❤️

It was truly our pleasure to be back at the Local 80 catering for a special event in support of Dan Osborn, a Nebraska representative running for the U.S. Senate.

There is something truly special about living in a small town where neighbors come together to support one another. ❤️
A huge thank you to the Agua Dulce Woman’s Club and the Community Connect Group for hosting such a fantastic line dancing event! We had an incredible time serving up our signature smash burgers, gourmet hot dogs, and ice cold drinks from our mobile bar trailer.
We’re so grateful to everyone who came out to eat, dance, laugh, and support our local business. Nights like these are what make our community so special. They remind us that small towns aren’t just places to live, they’re places where friendships are built, memories are made, and people genuinely show up for one another.

A sweet little baby is in bloom 🌸It brought us so much joy to be a small part of this darling baby shower, beautifully hosted by the soon to be grandma, Sara. Sara Tate Every detail was absolutely perfect, and you could truly feel the love surrounding this growing family.

Our luncheon menu included:
Pesto Pasta Salad, Italian Chopped Salad, Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches and Turkey Club Wraps.
