Another busy weekend! Pulled pork sliders with Hawaiian potato salad, cole slaw and Hawaiian baked beans for 150 for a Hawaiian themed wedding Friday night. Pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese, cole slaw and beans for 350 at the OLPH Catholic Church casino night fundraiser on Saturday night. And BBQ brisket went out today for a high school graduation. I think pulled pork, Mac n cheese and pinto beans is my new favorite meal! Now time to get ready for Aggie park tomorrow and fried fish Wednesday at the auction barn. Thanks to Sharon Goerke-Garza and Jc Garza for coming out of catering retirement and helping me Saturday night!!

March and April were some busy months. Lots of BBQ and smoked pork loins going out. Not to mention all the BBQ on Easter Sunday.
