We’re excited to share that Capeltic Coffee is now being served at Cadence Cyber Café—and we’ve added new beverages to enjoy!

☕ Café de Olla
A traditional Mexican sweetened and spiced coffee made with our house brown sugar and cinnamon simple syrup. Available hot.

🥤 Horchata Oat Cold Brew Latte
Sweet and spiced oat milk blended with Capeltic cold brew concentrate. Served iced and made exclusively with oat milk.

🚗 Bronco Capeltic Coffee To Go
96 oz. of freshly brewed Capeltic coffee—includes cups, creamer, sugar, and stir sticks. Pre-orders available at Cadence Café for pickup at specific times or via mobile order. (Same-day orders require one hour’s notice.)

Capeltic Coffee is produced by a cooperative of Tseltal families in Chiapas, Mexico, and brought to campus through our partnership with the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education. Grown organically using sustainable methods, Capeltic reflects deep respect for the land, people, and community—each cup supports just, community-led economic development.
