From Dec 26 (monday) to Dec 30 ( Friday).
# Open mat in the morning classes at 10 am (tu, thurs) and 12 pm (Mo, Wed)
# Regular classes in the afternoon for kids and adults.
# The only classes that will be cancel are the 6 am Tu and Thrus and The little panthers at 3:20 (itty-Bitty class). These will be back to normal on Jan 2 of 2012.

Great workout today: For those who missed practice, we trained wrestling scrambles from single,high C, and double leg drills. Also worked in subs off these scrambles.
