We provide executive chef services, meal prep and private party catering up to 65 people. My name is Betti and I am a food and beverage professional with over 25 years of experience. I majored in both management and human nutrition in college and come from three generations of restauranteurs. I own a private chefing and catering business called The Kitchen Door in beautiful Orange County CA. I spe

cialize in holistic (food as medicine)cooking, Conscious Nouvelle cuisine and Rustic Baking. I have taught at The Art Institute's International School of Culinary Arts and an expert on sustainable, local, organic and wild foods. I am certified with the National Restaurant Association as a Food Protection and Safety Manager and can consult you about kitchen sanitation, food handling and storage.
