Cortical Ventures Annual General Meeting, San Francisco. 
Designed to bring clarity to a rapidly evolving AI landscape while articulating the firm’s approach to investing. Built around the theme Reality vs. Illusion, challenging the hype in AI and bringing forward what’s real and worth building. 
Structured as a full-day experience from breakfast through dinner, the day unfolded through conversations, presentations, AI-driven robotics demos, and an interactive magic performance. 
Each detail was designed to support how people engage with one another… and with a few robots. Moments like these are the result of many moving parts coming together with care and precision.

It’s a wrap on Unite to Light the Night. The goal of the two-day fundraiser was to support ’s mission to bring light and power to one billion people who live without electricity around the globe and in our community. The light art exhibition provided an opportunity for artists to experiment with light and explore our relationship with light and energy. This event took almost a year to produce as our team orchestrated all aspects. We are glowing with pride and gratitude.

Meet Teal Haggar, our newest team member!
Teal curates thoughtful and detail-focused events for Vesper Post clients, drawing on a rich professional background spanning the Santa Barbara real estate, construction, interior design, and event industries over the past 20 years. Gained from owning a creative business for 10 years, the importance of supporting the community and cultivating trust and respect in relationships resonates deeply with Teal. Outside of events, Teal spends as much time as possible out on the trails, stacking rocks at the beach, and enjoying home with her 2 kids and husband.

Another successful District 216 marquee event last week filled with music, learning, deliscious food, and a great crowd. We were thrilled to offer end-to-end production services, event design encompassing lighting, decor, efficient vendor management, as well as speaker and entertainment coordination. It's a privilege for us to contribute to the creation of vibrant and captivating experiences for community.

We had a great time collaborating with on the coordination of their 2023 LEAP Awards! Our team coordinated the virtual event and orchestrated the live-streaming production, including the pre-recorded film production. We also had the pleasure of managing the in-person afterparty, ensuring a seamless celebration. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended to show their support for LEAP, their remarkable staff, and the two outstanding honorees, Jordan Killebrew and Steve Ortiz.
