We had a blast lighting up the Cemetery Lane: Trick R Treat Experience for Halloween, which is what the creators liken to a throwback Trick-r-Treat experience; every house in a Victorian-Era neighborhood decorated in a different spooky theme handing out candy to kids of ALL ages. We provided all the exterior lighting for this event complete with black lights, effects, strobe lights, and lots of fun color to match each house’s theme!

We are so thrilled to officially announce our new partnership with and !!
events is the in-house lighting, sound, and A/V provider for this historic and gorgeous wedding and event venue! With our involvement comes decades of experience in the special event industry and the expertise to help make events at the Santa Ana Ebell Club even more memorable.

In addition to that spectacular news, we are also taking over the technical operations of the venue’s 450-seat theater which hosts meetings, recitals, and performances throughout the year.

Let Ampersand simplify your workload! We are passionate about bringing your large event visions to life! Week-long, outdoor, day-to-nigh; complete with full event audio, custom decor, theme creation, operations, and attention to often-overlooked details are all in our wheelhouse of provided services.

What’s in this video? We helped host their hugely-popular event with 4 fully dressed and appropriately themed beer-pouring stations, a themed check-in station, and a themed merchandise pop-up. In addition, we provided event-wide music and announcing audio system, and lighting designs and implementations for each of the 6 themed stations, plus lighting for the evening which matched the overall theme of the event and complimented of each themed station. All of our lighting was outdoor rated in order to be minimally tended-to during the week-long celebration.

We’re excited to be working with them for the next big event!

It’s been a busy week and being outside has definitely presented new and unique opportunities to find solutions for things like daylight, heat, wind, and dirt. But tonight, it’s showtime and we get to exchange all the hard work we’ve put in for a flawless show that looks effortless to the audience - even though there’s an army of designers, technicians, and performers that came together to make it happen.

An AMAZING event with last night: the Oncology Ball! Themed as Wizard of Oz, .events did all the lighting for the event, including the themed entry that brought guests from “Kansas” through the tornado, and landing in munchkin land. Guests then made their way along the yellow brick road to Oz, where we DJed for the event and kept the dance floor packed all the way to the end of the night. @ CHOC Children's

When Orange County School of the Arts was in the process of upgrading their chamber space, we outfitted them with which covered their 330 seat performance space perfectly with rich and clear sound. The bottom end was rounded out with a -Sub and the whole system is powered with a 30D and a 10D amplifier. Future plans include a set front fill speakers along the edge of the stage.
