I come from a town call Barranco in Lima Peru as a child I was surrounded by Cooks, as I got older the dream about opening my own Restaurant never went away. I never could have imagine that it could actually happen in California. Now I bring the recipes from my home landing hope to share them here with you all @ El Cortijo Grill Peruvian Express, I am hoping that yo guys will love the food of my homeland as much as I love cooking authentic Peruvian Food.
