Had the pleasure of cooking with my boy the other day. Between bussing tables at the Inn, prepping at our catering kitchen and assembling hors d ouevres at events, he is really starting to enjoy this crazy industry. Keep it up buddy, you’re doing great and I couldn’t be prouder!! 😍🧑‍🍳👊

We’ve catered events of all sizes but some of the nicest are the ones held in clients homes. There’s something to be said about celebrations that take place at home. It gives us the chance to use items from these homes that hold significant value to our clients and really add to the warmth of the occasion. This particular event was so special to me, and the fact that we were asked to cater this for such an incredible family for their daughter’s wedding was an absolute honor.

Now that our busy catering season is winding down, I find myself not only looking ahead to the upcoming 2026 season, but also, reflecting on this one now that I have time to sit back and catch my breath. As a caterer, I have the pleasure of being surrounded by so much talent and it is so nice to partner with such amazing people who are all working towards a common goal. The event pictured here took place in Cooperstown, NY and I could not help but be inspired while working alongside the crew from as they designed this incredible tent and its surroundings. From start to finish, this team was an absolute pleasure to work with and the results of their hard work was simply stunning. I look forward to working with them again in 2026 for this same event, and cannot wait to see what they have planned for the very interesting theme next year. Cheers to all of the vendors that we are so lucky to work with to bring our clients visions and dreams to life!

We will be taking orders until the end of the day on Tuesday, November 25 for pickup on Wednesday the 26th. Give us a call at 315-841-3077 to place your order. Not interested in the whole package? Let us fill in the blanks for you, homemade pies, sides, etc. Pick up for all orders will be between 12-5 on the 26th and orders can be picked up at either our event space Four Eleven Tower in Waterville, or at the Hamilton Inn in Hamilton. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since the inaugural “Raider’s as Waiter’s” fundraising event. What a night it was joining forces with the Colgate Men’s Hockey Team and raising over $6K for the Hamilton Food Cupboard. I am very excited to announce that we are doing it once again on Tuesday, September 30 with a seating at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. The Raider’s will be there ready to serve you and have graciously agreed to donate 100% of their tips to the cause. The Latreille Family will also be donating proceeds from the event to the Food Cupboard as well. Make your reservations now as they sold out extremely fast last year. Come and help us help others and enjoy a great evening out with the Raider’s! For reservations, please contact the Inn at 315-228-2125.
