Creek View Venue 2027
Our Venue provides:
- 80 or less capacity
- 1,500 square ft main area
- 12 ft catering area
- 5 to 6 ft dessert area
- 6 to 8 ft area by our bar area
- Large men's and women's restrooms
- Setup of tables and chairs (10 - 72” round seats 8-10, 8 - 8’ rectangular seats 6-8, catering tables, and gift tables: 5 - 6’ rectangular, 2 - 5’ rectangular, and 2 - 4’ rectangular)
- 200 garden chairs for setup inside or outside
- 8 cocktail tables
- All tables provided with white skirt spandex tablecloths
We have a huge turf area and huge crushed granite area for weddings, bounce houses, games, a large bridal suite, and groom suite with one full bath and 1/2 bath in the groom's area. We welcome weddings, Sweet 16th, Quinceañera, all ages birthdays, graduations, memorials, baby showers, bridal showers, etc.
RATES:
- Capacity 100 (bridal, baby, gender reveal, luncheons, memorials): $110/hr (minimum 4 hours) with an additional hour free for decorating and cleanup (total 5 hours). Payment in full due at signing of contract.
- Capacity 80 (birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, rehearsal dinner, renewals): $145/hr (minimum 4 hours) plus $125 service fee. One hour free for decorating and cleanup (total 5 hours). If over 5 hours, mandatory event insurance is required. Additional hours: $120/hr.
- Weddings (Capacity 80): $2,250 for 12 hours plus $125 service fee, $1,850 for 10 hours plus $125 service fee, or $1,450 for 8 hours plus $125 service fee. Mandatory event insurance required. 50% payment due at signing of contract, and 50% due in 90 days.
Our venue is under TABC law and rules. If serving hard alcohol, TABC certified bartenders and a security guard or police officer are required.
VENUE HOURS FOR EVENTS: 10am to 12am.
